JOB TITLE: Territory Sales Manager
LOCATION: East Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
SALARY RANGE:  $70,000-80,000 base + commissions

4. What Will You Do?
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within your assigned territory
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive business growth
  • Close sales and meet/exceed performance targets through strategic sales tactics
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow your customer base while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Solve problems by understanding customer challenges and offering effective solutions
  • Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks to maximize your territory's potential
  • Present and communicate product information clearly and persuasively
  • Continuously improve sales strategies and knowledge of the industry to remain competitive
5. What Do You Bring?
  • Minimum 1-3 years of successful experience in outside sales
  • Proven ability to solve problems, present solutions, and close sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop long-lasting customer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings (not mandatory, but a plus)
  • Industrial/commercial sales experience 
  • Construction or project management experience 
  • A self-starter attitude, with the drive to succeed and achieve targets
