  • Does it cost me money to get a job through MT / Do you take money from my salary if I get a job through MT?

    Candidates are not charged any fees when MT Talent Solutions’ services, since we are compensated directly by the companies that hire us to find them suitable candidates for their teams. As a job seeker, you can benefit from our team’s expertise and network without incurring any charges! 

  • Do you have bilingual roles for languages other than French?

    Many of our bilingual positions typically require proficiency in both English and French, as these are Canada's two official languages. Nevertheless, we do encounter roles that demand expertise in other languages from time to time. Feel free to get in touch with us, and we'll explore how we can assist you with your specific language skills and career goals.

  • I am new to the country or looking to move to relocate. Do you help with immigration and visas?

    We are unable to assist candidates who do not have the legal ability to work in the country at this time. We do recommend that candidates seek out the assistance of immigration lawyers.

  • I want to join the MT Talent team as an employee. Are you hiring?

    We’re always excited about bringing on new talent to the team, as we are a growing company. We may not be hiring at the time, but please feel free to send us your resume. You never know!

  • Do you hire for positions across Canada, or only in Ontario?

    Many of our roles tend to be located in metropolitan area as these are big hubs for corporate offices. However, we are also engaged in recruits in many states/provinces. Please feel free to send us your resume and check our job board for any openings in your area!

  • Can you provide references or testimonials from other candidates you've successfully placed?

    Please check our Google reviews for our candidate testimonials! We’re proud of the work we do and are happy to have helped many candidates with their career moves!

  • Do you have any part-time job openings?

    Most of our clients require us to recruit for either full-time permanent roles or contract positions. We occasionally help our clients with temporary placements, but these are almost always full-time hours. Part-time roles is not something that we generally help candidates with.
